Business leadership Program: The PG course is designed to give professionals the perspective and insights to take on the complex challenges of an interconnected business environment, enabling them to transform from competitive professionals to inspired leaders.
Eligibility: Professionals with a minimum of 3 years working experience can apply.
HR Leadership Program: The PG course focuses on the unique challenges of managing human capital with a balanced focus on business acumen and HR excellence.
Eligibility: Both fresh graduates and working professionals can apply.
Marketing Leadership Program: The PG course focuses on leadership development and marketing & branding excellence. It will focus on group assignments, global and contemporary marketing themes and challenges.
Eligibility: Both fresh graduates and working professionals can apply.
Duration: 1-year, commences on 31 May, 2011
Last Date: December 6, 2010, January 30, 2011 & March 15, 2011 (SOIL follows a rolling admission process with 3 rounds. Candidates applying in the first round will be interviewed before candidates applying in the second round and so on)
