The following personnel are required to work in the State Project Office, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Details of Posts and eligibility criteria is as follows:

1. Alternative Schooling Coordinator (On contract basis or on Foreign Service)
Qualification:
Required:
Post Graduation Deputation on foreign service Gazetted Officer
Desirable:
1. Experience in the field of enrolment of out-of-school children (child labour, migrant children, street children etc.)
2. Organizing Camps for out-of-school children
3. Experience in Community Mobilization

2. KGBV Coordinator (Contract basis or on Foreign Service)
Qualification:
Required:
Post Graduation Deputation on foreign service Gazetted Officer
Desirable:
1. Experience in the field of Girls’ Empowerment
2. Knowledge on Women Rights and issues of Girls’ Education
3. Experience in Mobilization and sensitization of community towards Girls’ Education

3. Assistant Girl Child Development Officer (GCDO) (Contract basis or on Foreign Service) Qualification:
Required:
Post Graduation Deputation on foreign service Gazetted Officer or School Assistant
Desirable:
1. Experience in the field of Girls’ Empowerment
2. Knowledge on Women Rights and issues of Girls’ Education
3. Experience in Mobilization and sensitization of community towards Girls’ Education

4. Assistant Coordinator for Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas [KGBV] (Contract basis or on Foreign Service)
Qualification:
Required:
Post Graduation Deputation on foreign service Gazetted Officer
Desirable:
1. Experience in the field of Girls’ Empowerment
2. Knowledge on Women Rights and issues of Girls’ Education
3. Experience in Mobilization and sensitization of community towards Girls’ Education
4. Experience in management of hostels / residential schools

5. Consultant for the Education of Minority children (Contract basis)
Qualification:
Required:
1. Post Graduation
2. B.Ed. / M.Ed. (With Urdu methodology in B.Ed.)
3. Proficiency in Urdu
Desirable:
1. Well-versed with the problems of Minority children in the field of Education.
2. Should be able to mobilize the Minority community to understand the importance of modern Education.

6. Consultant for Research & Evaluation(Contract basis)
Qualification:
Required:
1. Post Graduation
2. Ph.D. in Education / Social Sciences / Economics
3. B.Ed. / M.Ed.
Desirable:
1. Publication of research papers in State and National level journals on Education
2. Experience in research supervision
3. Experience in conduct of impact studies, preferably in Education & related subjects

7. Communication Specialist (Contract basis)
Qualification:
Required:
Post Graduation in English.
Desirable:
Experience in Mass Media / Journalism.

8. Consultant for Community Mobilization (Contract basis)
Qualification:
Required:
Post Graduation
Desirable:
1.Experience in motivation and Mobilization of community
2.Experience in Adult Education programmes
3. Involvement in Cultural and Kalajatha Programmes

9. Consultant for Legal and Vigilance Cases (Contract basis)
Qualification:
Required:
1. Post Graduation
2. LL.B.,
Desirable:
1. Experience in filing of Affidavits / Counter Affidavits
2. Knowledge in Court procedures
3. Expertise in assessment and analysis of allegations / complaints.

Remuneration :
1. For private persons/ retired Government employees: will be decided at the time of interview..
2. For In-service Government employees: Actual Pay and Allowances being paid in their parent department.
